Youtube AdSense

BY PAUL MANN

It's the perfect combination for the amateur or professional Youtube member: Youtube AdSense. Generate money while making informative or funny videos of yourself. What could go wrong? Well, what about the program itself?
In 2009, Google killed the Youtube AdSense feature. You can still make money through Youtube, which makes money based on ads shown and clicked, along with new subscribers, this still doesn't combine AdSense with your Youtube earnings.
So getting Youtube AdSense may seem impossible now, but it's not. We just have to lift our movie from Youtube and place it somewhere where AdSense can be posted.
You need a website (either your own, or somewhere where you can place the video). Then go to your Youtube page and click the "Embed" button. Copy the HTML and paste it in your website.
Now, place AdSense ads either around or on top of your Youtube video. This makes a Youtube AdSense workaround, where you are still making money with Youtube (if you are part of their affiliate network) and your AdSense ads.
The hardest challenge here is getting people to see your Youtube video from your page, and not from Youtube itself.
One of the ways to do this is to post your website on your Youtube page, navigating people from Youtube to your website. Another method is to bulk up your website with the videos.
This is done with back linking, writing relevant articles and talking about your website on social networks, blogs and forums.
You can do is show teaser footage on Youtube, and promise people more of the video, along with videos that can't/won't be shown on Youtube if they go to your website. This gives people a reason to visit your page and click the AdSense ads. While this won't be quick money, if you can build up the website it will be long lasting money.
